Since there’s no way to review the location In Hilliard I’ll leave this here as it’s the same company. It’s very unprofessional how the receptionist called to cancel my appointment saying the provider has a “ family emergency and wouldn’t be available “ meanwhile someone I know was seen at this same location and same day. There’s no reason to lie about the cancellation reason . If you don’t want to work until a certain time make it so it’s not possible to schedule online for that time . Very thorough exam and friendly staff! I feel confident in what was prescribed and felt comfortable during the exam!
I was going in just to see if they accepted my insurance. I was able to get an eye exam & glasses ordered as a walk-in the same day.
Dr. Crawford, is so wonderful and caring about his patience. I would go to the moon and back just to see him. I would recommend Dr Crawford to everyone and anyone. Melissa Highland
