I highly recommend Dr. Cotter. He was very helpful, and easy to talk to. He explained everything and was Very thorough. Thank you so much, Dr. Cotter.
Office was more busy than past visits and everything was SLOW. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. I was called in 25 minutes later for intake then sent back to the waiting room. I waited again to be called in for photos then sent to the waiting area again. About an hour after my arrival I was brought to the exam room. It was after about an hour and 20 minutes from my arrival to having a brief consult with the doctor. I think this was the longest appointment visit I have had with ECVA.
Very welcoming.made me feel very comfortable.seemed very professional but for older people maybe use smaller words to help use truly understand.I like to continue to work with him in the future.
