The rates are competitive, but the customer experience quickly changes once you need to file a claim. After hitting a deer, I’ve spent nearly a month dealing with inconsistent communication and long delays from various parties within State Farm. Despite this, they are quick to insist the delays are not on State Farm’s end. The process has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend.
Daniel has been great to deal with! He is very professional and treats us with respect. Very much on top of getting things done! We would recommend him for your insurance agent!!!

I don't have to call an 800 number and sit on hold and speak to multiple people to get something done. I can just send an email, and it's taken care of instantly. I have made changes to my policies, added autos, changed my due date when needed on my auto pay, it doesn't matter your insurance needs, Daniel and his amazing staff can personally assist you with anything that comes up!
