I really liked the Doctor but he has the nastiest person I ever ran into as his "billing coordinator". Rude, nasty person that obviously hates her job and hates people. She cuts you off mid sentence, is curt, rude, unhelpful and just a nasty person that in a few minutes destroyed a decade long patient/doctor relationship. I will NEVER go back there because of her.
The first encounter on the phone with the staff was excellent. The staff was courteous and professional from the initial point -of-contact to the scheduling of my next appointment and testing. Lastly, Dr. Caldwell is amazing and competent. He is empathetic, patient reassuring, and thorough. I appreciate his knowledge and wisdom concerning cardiology and sleep apnea. Doctor Caldwell is probably one of the best Doctors that I have seen and I have seen many with family members. He really listens and communicates well. He is not arrogant and smug, but genuinely cares. I hope my post doesn’t overbook him!! He is a great Doctor!
