Previously I would have described Dr. Brown as an amazing doctor. In-fact, I had rated him 5 stars, and referred many patients to him. However, I understand now why sooo many people have rated him poorly. After going in for my appointment today and not being seen, due to being "fired as a patient for missing 3 appointments over the last 5 years" I am incredibly disappointed. Do not go to Dr. Brown. Very unreliable, never responds to patients. Only works 3 days a week. Very unsympathetic.
Dr Brown takes excellent care of my elderly father. He is extremely personable and caring and always takes time to connect with him during the visit and listens to his concerns. He and his office are very prompt in answering questions and concerns through the portal. We have always had pleasant experiences with the office staff.
Dr. Daniel C. Brown lacks compassion. I requested a one-day sedative to cope with my grandmother’s funeral, especially after losing my mother months prior. He refused, and because of my severe anxiety and stress, I was not able to attend the funeral. I wouldn’t recommend Dr Daniel Brown under any circumstances. John G.
