This review is for the receptionist or secretary on call. I called the office at 8:49am today to confirm my husband's appointment (Thomas Smith) with Dr Alter. The secretary was rude maybe bec I called 2x bec she said we do not have our appointment list call the office later. So I called back right away to ask her what time the office opens, I was still talking and she hung up and I can sense in her tone was annoyed. Despite calling me back just as an on-call substituting specialist, Dr. Alter studied my background medical conditions, gave succinct comments and invaluable recommendations with a supportive attitude. Grateful to have knowledgeable and caring doctors like him, esp in times of uncertainty and distress.
Dr Alter and his staff are caring, competent and efficient. I highly recommend his practice.
