While Dr is competent as a surgeon, his office staff was unprofessional and unreachable. Could not respond to basic inquiries about insurance, surgical scheduling, or pre and post op instructions.
The dr himself is great. Surgical scheduling is horrible. Lack of communication with patient and other doctors Wish this could be fixed.
I’m a 21 year old girl who has been in need of orthognathic surgery. I was petrified to have this surgery and after my parents searched for years to find the right doctor we finally found Dr. Buchbinder. At my first appointment we knew that Dr. Buchbinder was going to be the doctor we chose.
