Was advised to call his office for a follow up to a hospital consult and no one will answer the phone. Spend almost 3 minutes going through menu options just to be transferred to voicemail which no one returns calls for left message.

Dr.Brown is a very thorough Dr. He gets to the issue and problem solves. Thankful for his help! Wonderful and respectful staff! Thank you!
Dr. Brown is wonderful. He listens, explains and is kind. But there is one woman on his staff who is a holy terror. She is rude, nasty, mean, uncaring and begins a phone conversation by jumping down your throat. She also likes to threaten to hang up on you. I wish I knew her name, but she won’t give it. If I knew it, I’d publish it here. I want her gone. She doesn’t know how to interact with anyone, much less the very people who pay her.
Dr. Brown is the best very attentive and straight to the point!! I know I'm in great hands!
