Pain-Free Injections! Friendly and gracious staff. Modern, clean [very important to me], comfortable office space. They are always on time and confirm appointments thru email or text [very convenient]. I have always been afraid of needles, but Dr. Balaze gives the best [THE BEST] pain-free injections.

Fraudulant Dentist Dr. Balaze is a fraudulant practitioner. He performed a non-insurance-covered procedure on me without my permission (performed a deep cleaning when I came in for a routine cleaning, then charged me $152). He additionally charged my insurance prior to doing any procedure on me. Once he was paid, he cancelled several of my appointments -- it took me 4 months to complete a crown procedure under his care. Exceptional Dentist My experience with Dr. Balaze's office was wonderful! He is both professional and compassionate with an office team that follows suit. With as much dental work as I have had done at this office I couldn't be happier with the results or happier with the calming/welcoming atmosphere that came with it ! If you are looking for a new dentist this is the place to go!
