I had an Endoscopy with Dr Brandt.... EXCELLENT
Extremely disappointed in the management at this office. Before my appt, I received an email with a link telling me I had to print and fill out forms - 6 pages with detailed answers. My printer needed ink so I had to go to a friend's house to print it. When I arrived for the appt, NO ONE ASKED ME FOR THE PAPERWORK. I asked 2 different people about the forms and NO ONE HAD EVER SEEN THEM BEFORE, including Dr Brandt. What a total waste and disrespect for patients' time. Totally unacceptable. Doctor Brandt treats patients like many doctors used to. He is not scripted, impersonal, and distant like most doctors are today. He actually shows genuine interest, explains things clearly, and wants you to be a part of the office visit. I have not seen his level of professionalism in a long time.
