I have been with the Dr for a very long time. In the last couple years I do feel like when you have real issues going on there’s no concern from the office. There is no need to find out what is going on. I even feel like he is distracted at times. Not even completely hearing what I’m saying during the appt. He is not the kind of Dr that will take into consideration what the PT thinks maybe going on. If you ask for anything other than what he orders he will not consider it.
Dr. Berger has been my family doctor since I was 14 years old. He's always been awesome when it comes to my medical needs. I'm so glad I trusted you with my children's needs as well!!
I've been with Dr Berger since he had his office by McDonald's on S Main in Elkhart, He has always been very caring and attentive. His staff have always been professional, friendly, and efficient. However in the last two years, the follow-up and following through with any testing or referrals have definitely not been to the expectations his staff has set before. I absolutely think Dr. Berger and Mackenzie are amazing. He listens and cares for his patients. We are not just a number or a check to him. He also saved my life and I'm grateful for him and the team that helped him including Mackenzie
