From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by Chachi who was very professional and warm. I was having a rough morning and coming to the office gave me some anxiety. Her calm demeanor relieved some of my anxiety. Three young ladies took care of me in the first exam room. They explained the role they were going to play in my visit and did so very professionally.
