Daniel did a wonderful job managing the sale of my property, which has now just settled. The property was listed just after the Government changed the negative gearing rules and we had an interest rate rise and the times were very difficult. Despite all of this, Daniel was undeterred. He has a wealth of experience to guide his advice, but also the energy and enthusiasm of someone in their prime. He was always available and a keen communicator. I cant recommend him highly enough.
