Excellent and very friendly staff working there, make you feel like at home. And also dr Wool knows what is he doing, real professional, no too much talking, diagnosed issue quick and did my surgery without me felling anything, it hurts more when you get biten by mosquito then having a surgery done by this doctor. And also nurse makes you very comfortable since they are very friendly, forgot to ask about her name but she was great also. Had excellent experience overall will all their staff , good job guys and thank you!
I went into Dr. Wool for a hernia repair. I called with difficulties breathing a few hours later where Dr. Wool told me I was fine to "take some Advil or Ibuprofen and go to bed." I ended up going into hemorrhagic shock and had a week in ICU. The facility refuses to respond for any conversation regarding the matter.
The worst bedside manners. Missed the course. Needs his license revoked for being the most insensitive and non-compassionate physician I have ever encountered. It's sad that my life was in his hands located at resurrection medical center. Stay away.
Had another check up with Dr. Wool on march 6th 2025. Absolutely no complaints about Dr. Wool at all. How can anyone have complaints about a man who saved my life. 😊
