CNA or Nurse from Ireland and lovely checked me in but…Nurse Practitioner very haughty, uncaring, very cold, rude. Seemed to be maybe on the Spectrum. Remote! She said “what did you expect me to do when you came here.” Told me to go elsewhere. I hadn’t even asked her to do anything. Just told me to go elsewhere. She didn’t see anything wrong.wow so 🥶 cold!
Dr. Arnold has been my primary doctor since 2014 and will continue to be even when living off cape! Such a brilliant person and very thorough with his exams. Best doctor in MA!
Dr Arnold is enthusiastic and charismatic and the Direct Primary Care membership model allows him to spend more TIME with the patient, working directly with patients instead of with third parties and insurance companies. He is worth the membership fee to get the QUALITY of care that patients deserve - to be treated like family! Definitely sign up before he fills up.
