A family member used Daniel for a sale and gave us a very positive feedback. We called Daniel and from the beginning he took the worries off our shoulders. There were a couple issues during the process, but once I advised Daniel about the issue he took care of them and moved the process along. I recommend using him and I would definitely call him if we have another real estate transaction.
We cannot say enough good things about Dan! From start to finish, he was constantly available to help us with our house purchase. He knows the area and was quick to assist us in choosing a house that would suit our particular needs. He was responsive, always helpful, and if he didn't have an immediate answer, he made sure to get it quickly as possible. I'm sorry to say that we can only give him five stars because he deserves far more. You cannot go wrong with selecting Dan to help you with your house buying needs.
In my journey to find my forever home, as I am preparing to retire, Daniel was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me through the closing process, he helped me negotiate with the sellers, he recommended third party Home inspectors and well water, inspectors, and he was able to get me some good credits towards closing and have just about every demand that I had met with 100% satisfaction! Was very helpful though the whole process.
I was looking to sell my home and I called several places and Daniel was the first one that called me back! He showed up, he was honest straightforward and very helpful. He explained everything to me as I was a first time Home seller. Not only did he go above and beyond, but he offered to help me on certain things I couldn’t do because I’m disabled. when the septic guys came to clean the septic system, their oil from the truck was all over my driveway, and Daniel went out and scrubbed all of the oil off of the Pavement for m... read more
