Recently sold another house with Daniel! We had to move across the country and we had to do it quickly. We had a 4 month old when we left and Daniel has kind enough to clean out things we left behind inside the home. He was checking in on the property for us for a while and even returned our WiFi modem when the sale closed. Daniel has become a close friend over the years and we will truly miss him now that we are no longer in Arizona.
A family member used Daniel for a sale and gave us a very positive feedback. We called Daniel and from the beginning he took the worries off our shoulders. There were a couple issues during the process, but once I advised Daniel about the issue he took care of them and moved the process along. I recommend using him and I would definitely call him if we have another real estate transaction.
We cannot say enough good things about Dan! From start to finish, he was constantly available to help us with our house purchase. He knows the area and was quick to assist us in choosing a house that would suit our particular needs. He was responsive, always helpful, and if he didn't have an immediate answer, he made sure to get it quickly as possible. I'm sorry to say that we can only give him five stars because he deserves far more. You cannot go wrong with selecting Dan to help you with your house buying needs.
