Great doctor but since He moved from perimeter orthopedists and clinic is closed I have not been able to get my dad’s medical records. I need information on how to get those medical records.
I played nearly every sport known in America. So, I started seeing orthos when I was in junior high. I have degenerative disc disease. I’ve encountered a lot of medical interactions in my life.
