A doctor of great skill, Dr. Rubin was my surgeon for an angioplasty and stent. For cardiac care, I endorse him completely as he also helped my grandmother and was her cardiologist: he was excellent in her appraisal also and my grandfather trusted him unreservedly.
Dr. Rubin is very knowledgeable and is super nice with his patients and their families.
