all I can tell you was preop staff was so organized, professional, answered all of my questions and very on top of it! Dr. Lazar himself gave me all the time I needed, answered all of my questions looked Me and my eyes and really understood my situation! I felt seen and heard! he performed a laminotomy/micro discectomy of L2 – L3. The postop team and the anesthesia team, and the surgical team were all fantastic! I felt so taken care of. I agree with folks who say his office staff is very difficult to communicate with. After 6 months and many unreturned phone calls and messages, I gave up and went to another surgeon.

I received laparoscopic surgery from Dr. Lazar for pain in my neck and shoulder. The surgery resulted in increased and debilitating pain. His office was disorganized and his team was consistently 20-30 minutes late to all meetings. I would not trust this person with my healthcare decisions and it appears that he has permanently scarred me.
