WORTHLESS, LEFT ME STRANDED WITHOUT MEDICATION AND LEFT HIS PRACTICE WITHOUT PROVIDING ANY ONE TO FOLLOW UP WITH ME.
My husband battled cancer for 12 yrs. I have to believe GOD allowed Dr. Landau help extend his life. 2010 Mayo Clinic FL we were told my husband’s cancer was too far advanced after being told the same in AL were we resided. Dr Landau gave us 6 more yrs. When he passed in 2017. Dr. Landau worked with my husband using different methods of treatment and always on top of the latest drugs and advances in his field. We trusted his opinion but he also listened to my husbands wishes. So thankful we found him. May GOD bless him and h... read more
Yesterday, my pcp tried to contact Dr Landau and was told he no longer is practicing hematology.
Originally I saw Dr. Landau for medical issues but a few years ago a large blood clot became acute. Another dr stated I’d probably lose my leg. Dr Landau squeezed me in, had tests run & told me what to do. As busy as he was he kept making room. The clot is now chronic but I walk 5-10 miles a day. He is compassionate, thorough, concerned, knowledgeable and keeps up with the latest procedures. He referred me to an oncologist, Dr. Kayaleh, that is knowledgeable about my rare cancer so that I don’t have to keep going out of stat... read more
Dr. Landau was much more about the pitch than substance; had doctors working for him that were incompetent. One doctor, John Graham, messed up a plasma procedure so badly that my father was screaming with pain, twice as long as intended. We were told the procedure wasn't completed, but should be "good enough" in the most arrogant way possible. We went to Moffitt, and they told us things about his cancer never discussed by Landau or anyone at ORMC. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
Dr. Daniel Landau is the epitome of who a physician should be. He is not only highly specialized in Oncology, but upon meeting him he is kind, compassionate and listens to and immediately addresses your concerns. He was able to give me hope and the confidence that my Lymphoma will be cured, and after a four month course of chemo and radiation, I can move on with my life come September. He is truly a blessing in the lives of his Cancer patients.
