Both Bente & Sabina are absolutely wonderful! Bente's Tai Chi Balance class is amazing, she created the community which I love. Sabina's private reformer pilates, her personalized approach, and individual physical therapy sessions are superb. Overall, the Danica Center is helping me to heal & overcome the metastatic brain cancer through its great physical therapy!

My broken wrist pain, stiffness and swelling all disappear when I am in Tai Chi Class with Bente. Outside of class the pain, stiffness and swelling return.
