Dani catered our 65-person wedding in Redwood Valley, CA, and the food was delicious and plentiful. Dani made the planning and logistics easy and genuinely enjoyable. We had a tasting in Oakland, which gave us the chance to meet Dani and preview the meal—and she even sent us home with leftovers that lasted for days. I was invited to a Moroccan dinner for my SIL birthday and Dani Bensimon was the chef and the food was delicious! The lamb was so tender and flavorful and I LOVED the charred dates in the salad!
