Called to get a estimate to fix my transmission, and they couldn't give me a rough estimate, was very rude and when I went to ask for someone else hung up the phone..

Even though they were swamped with work, John took the time to test drive my car and diagnosed the drivetrain noise as a bad wheel bearing. I had already jacked up the car and checked the wheel bearings myself and they appeared to be okay, with no outwardly obvious issues so I was worried that the loud howling was coming from the transmission. John was correct! I changed both front bearings and the howling was gone.
