I had just bought my first home and wanted a professional deep carpet cleaning before moving in. I had first scheduled with another carpet cleaning service that gave me one price over the phone, then tried to charge much more after arriving. Since I had furniture being delivered the very next day, I needed fast help. Tracy was able to fit me in within the hour and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The carpet cleaning turned out excellent, with stains removed, high-traffic areas looking refreshed, and the carpet fi... read more
brayden was awesome!! my sister’s dog got sick on the carpet during the night, and i called early on a Saturday morning. he answered right away, showed up on time, and handled the carpet cleaning fast and professionally. The stained areas came out looking amazing, and the whole room felt fresh, clean, and deodorized. It honestly looked even better than when me and my fiancé first moved in to our place in Charleston. he was reliable, kind, affordable, and very easy to work with. The carpet feels brand new again, and the servi... read more
My carpets were in rough shape from having a little one, a dog, and lots of foot traffic, but after the cleaning, they look almost brand new. The team was very professional, friendly, and worked efficiently. The price was surprisingly affordable compared to what I paid before, and there was no pressure to buy any extra products or treatments. I’m really impressed with the quality of the carpet cleaning and highly recommend them to anyone in Charleston. This is the first review I’ve ever written because they truly earned it w... read more
We have relied on Danial Carpet's Cleaning for our business carpets in Charleston, and the results have always been fantastic. Our carpets are a light color and this is the only company that really gets them looking fresh and keeps them clean for a long time. We have worked with Tracy and recently with Brayden, and both have been very detailed, professional, and friendly. The dry carpet cleaning method they use is truly impressive. We are always happy with the results and won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended!
