I had been to the Outlet Store but not for quite a few years. I was very happy to know it was still in business as it's close to home. The lady that assisted me was very helpful and knowledgeable about anything I asked her making it much easier to get what I wanted. I wanted a down blanket and they happened to have one (it was slightly stained which came out 100% after a stain pretreat and wash). The wool pillow was great too. Their products are very good quality. Thank you.
Terrible experience w their staff here… I purchased a Jellycat on their website and it arrived without a paper tag and their customer service told us to come in person for an exchange so we did. Ended up getting shouted at and accused of lying bc the staff said she was tired..?! Very unprofessional and disappointed as a previous loyal customer who purchased tons of Jellycat ($1000+ since 2024) from them :(
