We had an electrical issue with our AC unit and needed to install a Nest thermostat. Easy booking process, fast response in getting to our house. Matt (our technician) was polite and efficient worker. Didn't try to upsell and was in/out within the hour. Great service all round.
Had our A/C go out the weekend before that really hot stretch this summer (over 100 degrees). So we were really trying to get it fixed prior to those hot days. In just two days, David was able to schedule an appointment and staff a team to replace an A/C unit on the roof of our 3-flat.
