My husband had an appointment today at 9am and was there on time but sat in the lobby waiting for 23 minutes…. While waiting he had nothing else to do but observe and doing that he read multiple signs that said no smoking or vaping and oddly enough the lady behind the front desk was vaping!! SMH! When the doctor finally came and got him he apologized and asked what time he arrived which was 9am and he got a little upset because he didn’t get notified about my arrival until 9:17!!! Everyone that worked with me was nice and patient. They were all very quick and friendly. Thorough they really helped me in getting my partial. They answered all of my questions and everything.
