I cannot recommend Dani due to extremely limited communication. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via email, phone calls, and text messages, the responses were minimal. After two months of poor communication, I have decided to work with a different broker.
Dani has not only helped me buy one but two homes now with her expertise in mortgages, and made the process seamless for me both times. She was always willing to answer my questions and gave me her honest and expert advice when needed. She truly wants the best for you and is extremely excited to help you buy your property!
I have worked with Dani three times over the last 10 years. If this was five years ago, I would have given her 5 stars, but now I can't give more than one star. She prefers email over phone communication, as her assistant helps her manage emails. For more than 15 days, I was following up with her via email. Dani is THE BEST at her job. I have been using her for over 5 years now and she always does whatever she can to make house purchase financing smooth and simple. If I ever have questions, I message her and she is there to respond. I would highly recommend Dani Cooper as your mortgage broker next time you are looking at purchasing a house. She will not disappoint! :)
