We had a great experience with Dani remortgaging our house. She was professional and quick and we really felt taken care of. It was such a smooth experience, we've already recommended her to friends and family.
Unbelievably good experience. (Twice). Did my first mortgage and got me the best rate. Did my refinance as well, got me an insanely good rate and with expedience. Will never go to anyone else for my mortgage needs.
I cannot recommend Dani due to extremely limited communication. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via email, phone calls, and text messages, the responses were minimal. After two months of poor communication, I have decided to work with a different broker.
Dani has not only helped me buy one but two homes now with her expertise in mortgages, and made the process seamless for me both times. She was always willing to answer my questions and gave me her honest and expert advice when needed. She truly wants the best for you and is extremely excited to help you buy your property!
I have worked with Dani three times over the last 10 years. If this was five years ago, I would have given her 5 stars, but now I can't give more than one star. She prefers email over phone communication, as her assistant helps her manage emails. For more than 15 days, I was following up with her via email.
