I am not sure about the entire group, but I can only say my experience with Sarah Montgomery was not transparent. I believe she does not care about her clients. During our initial consultation, she understood my concerns being that my home is a contingent sale. Fast forward when I found a home that I truly fell in love with, she had put in an offer for me. No one takes care of their clients like this team. 5 years ago they helped me sell my home and find my new home and, to this day, they offer resources when I need vendors to work on my home, keep me up to date on the market and my home value, and treat me with client perks throughout the year. They made the process so easy, and they have created a client for as long as I’m in KC!

Dani and her team are excellent! Very professional very knowledgeable. They know the northland very well. My wife and I were in search of our dream home/forever home and they helped us find it.
