My first encounter was pretty good but devolved from there. George was professional and explained my options with pros and cons to each. His quote was pricey but his transparency/communication seemed worth the up charge. The list of the needs were long but overall simple installs: toilets, shut off valves, faucets, trim, water heater etc. Walls need to be opened for new plumbing? Seems normal.
