Food was tasty, service was horrendous. One girl answering phone, taking orders and preparing orders. Meanwhile there was 3 maybe 4 working on Pizza side! We placed our order by phone at approximately 12:15 PM and it was supposed to be ready at 12:42 PM. Went to pick it up and waited and waited and waited hadn’t been made and it was finally ready at approximately 1:05 PM.
Great large steak sub. Pepper and onion with mushrooms. Senior citizens discount.
I phone ordered a small steak, cheese and mushroom. While waiting, another gentleman was picking up his phone order as well, which was also a large steak and cheese. Both orders were cooked together and were finished together. His sandwich looked pretty full and mine when opened had very very little meat, it was actually all bread. I believe the the gentleman’s sandwich must had to have some of my meat and toppings, there really couldn’t be any other explanation.
Food not ready worker fumbling to find my sandwiches only to tell me they weren’t made yet. Not that busy in there and the bread was dry. First time going in a while and last time going….
