I just stood in line to order a sandwich and after finally reaching the counter I was told that “ we have too many online orders to accept any in person orders”
Why did you get rid of pockets for wraps?
Sandwich was sloppily made, hardly any mayonnaise on it , hardly any cranberry sauce, minimal turkey ,the stuffing was crunchy, well something was crunchy, I was scared to eat it. I usually dont have this problem. I wasted my money.
I did not dine in, but I have in the past. Always friendly staff with big smiles. On the one occasion that there was a minor issue with my order (my own fault forgot to mention a preference on my sandwich) the location manager Jamiee was right on it and offered to remake it even though it was no fault of theirs. I enjoy the simple pleasant conversations I have had with a few of the staff.
