All you had to do was say "Sorry I forgot the gravy for your sandwich". Instead, when I drove the 15 mins back to get the thing YOU forgot to pack up in my order you blamed me and said "You were the one with the weird turkey right? I don't think there was any room in the bag that's what happened". There was plenty of room in the bag, take accountability for your errors and it will go a long way with customer service.
Great sandwiches. Expensive.
Very good service annd food.
No fuss no muss. Consistent good food. Friendly staff. Often order here for lunch on the go and never had no problems. Yum!
