Server didn't care that I was ordering dinner to go home. I worked a long day. Just took his sweet time. And I've been standing here for 20 minutes now, I'm not very happy.
Short story; Customer service is always bad but the food was good. However after a third terrible sandwich in a row. Don't go here. Long story; "The final strike" I ordered in advance based on the bus schedule. I was going to arrive early so tried calling to let them know but nobody answered. Angelina greeted me with a smile and was extremely pleasant even working on New Year’s Day. Sandwich was made quickly and was delicious like I had always remembered.
Wow, just wow. 20+mins for a Thanksgiving Toasted. An by toasted they throw a stack of lunch meat on the griddle, then griddle the sub roll. Who doe that an calls it toasted? That's warmed an nasty. An why do they do the sandwiches backwards? I ordered mine but the people who came 5mins after me got their steak an cheeses? Like seriously how the F is that possible.
