Last week I went to the Fal River Deangelo’s and I put money down on trip of my phone while I paid . I believe I left the money there after I paid. I went back in to get my phone and well I called the manager Lynn and asked her to look at the camera for me to see if I pick up the money and she said she could not look at the cameras but she would call corporate. I have attempted to contact someone in your corporate office regarding an issue I’m experiencing. I keep receiving text messages from a source that is not affiliated with Papa Gino’s. Why doesn't your company have a department to assist with this matter? Someone is using Papa Gino’s name. As a result, I am planning to delete and block all correspondence from Papa Gino’s. This will be your loss!
I have been to Norwell restaurant a few times now and have seen a couple of things. Employees smoking out front come in and don’t wash their hands. Ordered a slice of pizza and gloves not used?
2 days in a row! ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ Ordered 2 subs , and my Pocket was in peices had to use a fork , called got a credit , went back tonight , and my "Grilled chicken Pocket" Was a steak and cheese!!! Pocket all torn up like come on man , Im a diabetic with no Pancreas , and i have to eat certain food , and D'Angelo is a TREAT , and i dont want to call and complain again...Just a Bummer cause ive Allways liked this place. I had a horrible experience with D’Angelo‘s in North Kingstown, Rhode Island. My sandwich was totally wrong. This is not the first time, but I’ve given them several chances. When I brought the sandwich back the employee kept interrupting me wouldn’t let me speak and When I asked for corporate phone number, I was told I could get it off-line that she didn’t have it. I wasted more than half an hour waiting for the delivery to arrive and then again driving there to return the sandwich. I am not happy and never again will I eat ... read more
