Even you have made an appointment, you still need to wait for at least an hour. Doctor likes to see whoever she wants.
Doctor is ok, but the service and receptionist is horrible especially the lady work on every Saturday. Why we have to book appointment when we come and have to wait 3, 4 hours to see doctor. Don't you think our time is also valuable at all to us. Booking system here is horrible. Not recommend to anyone and I changed family after feeding up for so many years, no improvement but getting worse.
Being a professional engineer, I would say that she is very intelligent, experienced and professional, one of the best doctors I ever experienced. She is still my family physician 22 years later after I moved out of the city.
I would give this place a zero star if I could. Every time we come for a visit, we wait a minimum of 1 hour and a half with appointments. Sick babies or not.
