my wife has been with dr. dang "has" for years and she never once did yearly blood work, body check etc thank god her receptionist did not pick up the phone that day so we tried another female dr in mississauga and right away the new Dr. asked for blood work and once the blood results came back the new dr. was so upset that my wife has multiple serious issues including diabetes which could've been helpful if detected early. extremely unprofessional and rude also
Good doctor, worst wait times ever. My family always arrives early and still waits do hours to be seen. Don’t know why they kept seeing her for years, doctor is helpful, but the wait times are so bad. They also can’t even send my requisition forms for blood tests properly, they sent HALF A PAGE causing me to have to rebook weeks later. They’re extremely disorganized.
If I could give no stars, I would. We booked an appointment for my dad to see this doctor at 11:40am, we arrived earlier but she didn't end up seeing us until almost 2pm. The receptionist allowed a lady who had an appointment at a later time than us to go ahead of us because she was only getting a shot and would be fast. They do not honour the appointment system and will pick and choose who they want to see first. They will also overbook and force people to wait hours WITH an appointment.
