They did an amazing job on on my Russian contract 1895. The tang and lever was damaged in accident. Plus decades of use and abuse. They fixed it up and made it even better than before. It works like a charm now. They also fitted a bayonet to my U.S Army Remington M91. It fits nice and snug on the barrel. I absolutely please with everything.

Horrible gunsmith his prices are high and the work he does is horrible. Please if you decide to use him read other reviews in calguns and dont pay until he has completed the work so you wont get ripped off.

I brought my Ruger Red Label Shotgun here for a recoil pad, and when I came to pick it up, it was a mess. The recoil pad was poorly fit, with the edges of the stock exposed, the length of pull was a full inch shorter than what we agreed - but worst of all, they cut an inch off my beautiful walnut stock! Despite that, Danforth refused to replace my stock, fix the mess he made, or even refund my money. Shoddy work and poor service to say the least.

Did not have a good experience with Dansforth at all. After a simple clean and adjustment. Took it to the range and the weapon started malfunctioning after 18 rounds. Very shoddy work.
