She is a good doctor. Although I am a bit annoyed at her and her office staff. I recently had surgery and am restricted to a cast on my right leg. I live in an apartment on the third floor and have to try to get down steps. My appoint was at 9:40 a.m. I endured getting down the steps in a LOT of excruciating pain, though it took me longer than I thought it would. I moved to California from Tennessee 10 years ago and had the same doctor that I loved. Just had the opportunity to meet with her yesterday. What a breath of fresh air.! Dr. Taylor restored my faith in the medical field as a very attentive, patient, and thorough doctor who truly listens and made me feel comfortable and grateful to have found her.
We chose this doctor because she was conveniently located and we had seen other providers at Hoag before. One of our family members did not get a good vibe, and then the second family member went to her. She ordered an unnecessary test that I’m having trouble getting my insurance to pay for. And then my third family member went and she belittled her telling her that she was an adult and she could handle these things herself.
