She is very nice and personable!!! I was in and out very quickly.
Friendly receptionist, never a wait to check-in and clean waiting area. The MA is also friendly and knowledgeable. Exam rooms are up-to-date, clean, warm and comfortable. Dr. Ko never keeps you waiting long, explains tests/medications/procedures/results/treatments so I understand and gives a chance for me to ask questions and express my thoughts and concerns. Every appointment I've had has been pleasant, well as pleasant as they can be considering she is a Rheumatologist.
Dr Kohl is always wonderful.
