Dr. Ko dropped the ball in treating my husbands arthritis. She told him she wasn’t sure of his diagnosis because she didn’t make the initial diagnosis. My husband was bounced around from Dr to Dr as they rotated through and never had a complete work up. We found another rheumatologist in southern Utah who ordered imaging and blood work, and has done a complete work up and has been diligently searching for a correct diagnosis and proper treatment as there is no cure for the disease my husband has. I have a really nice Dr. But I believe Intermountain puts way too much pressure with limiting time one the visit. Isn't medicine there to help us be healthy. How can our physicians get to know there patients and patients learn to trust their physicians when the time is limited? I need to feel comfortable enough to ask question and know my Dr will talk the time to talk to me.
