The staff in the homes take advantage of the mental health patients, do not send your loved ones here, nobody monitors the patients
Thanks for trying to help with the public's mental health crisis. I believe you are trying your best. I just don't understand why I can't get an appointment after awaiting for 4 weeks for your IOP program for my son. Shout out to Becca and other staff at Acenda for being great listeners and calling to check on my family's wellbeing.
I am still being ignored by them. I made a phone call and that's no existen extension. I am just call again. Now the extension is going through. I got a new problem the are trying to say it's a duplicate of service when my DDD with pACT service they discharged me.please help !
