The counselors do not listen to anything you have to say because they've already made up their minds no matter what may or may not be wrong with you ...you are getting the lowest possible dose of anything non-narcotic and none scheduled. It was literally like this: "well we do not give out Xanax, or Valium, or even ativan so here take some "Abilify" (HEART MEDICATION. AFTER 3 VISITS HERE NO ONE HELPED ME ONE BIT - they all made me panic and anxiety go threw the roof. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!! WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!!!!
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The case manager who was assigned to me, Sarah, came to my house and took all of my personal information and told me that a therapist would call to set up the sessions, however I NEVER received any calls. I called Sarah multiple times and all she did was apologize and tell me that she would make sure someone calls me, but she never did. Don’t waste your time calling PerformCare/Accenda Health because your children will not get the help or services they deserve.
I had reached out for mental health and medication management, no one called me back for weeks, and when I finally received an email they told me they couldn’t help me with no explanation why. It doesn’t feel like they care about people here only money.
I have had a great experience with Acenda. I see my Therapist and Psychiatrist there. They are both extremely helpful to me. I also had my Caseworker through Acenda and she was awesome. I am greatly thankful for Acenda. Thank you. Donna D.
