Absolutely ridiculous communication and scheduling. I was a potential new patient who called to schedule an appointment in Nov of 2025 and was put on the calendar for Jan 2026 - crazy, my appointment was cancelled/rescheduled 2 days before the date due to Dr Williams being sick - fine, my new date was TODAY Feb 24th at 3pm and they called me at 9am to tell me Dr Williams wont be in today - no further details. I like that she take time to listen to you and she talk to you as and equal.
Dr. Williams is an amazing doctor - truly a gem in the PCP field! Not only is she thorough and knowledgeable, but goes the extra mile to ensure that you receive the best care. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about Medstar in general.
