Dr. Williams is an amazing doctor - truly a gem in the PCP field! Not only is she thorough and knowledgeable, but goes the extra mile to ensure that you receive the best care. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about Medstar in general.
Dr. Danelle Williams is very professional, smart and above all, a GREAT listener. I wish they would allow phone calls to come in directly to the office. We currently use a call center to reach the doctor’s office. The call center then forwards the call to the office staff.
