I've been trying to get my grass that the company destroyed replaced. The phone number is never answered and the HOA doesn't like dead yards. Additionally, the crew that they hired (everyone being contracted by ATT) did not speak English and cut through several power wires, Comcast cables, and ATT CAT-5 underground cables. They acted like they didn't do anything wrong and yet major issues were had all around. Run!!

Contractors do their very best to satisfy customers when restoring their property to include coming back multiple times to replace dead sod because the homeowner does not water the new sod and it dies. They often go so far as to place sod where there was none before. I notice allot of people try and take advantage of these types of contractors in order to get their entire yard redone. Completely wrecked our beautiful lawn. Threw down dried up, dead pieces of sod. When talking to the foreman, he was like "Oh yeah, we noticed that your lawn received more damage than the rest of them. We will sod." Then what was thrown back on the lawn to patch the spots.....were already dead and no amount of water is fixing it. My parents lawn was ruined too. These clowns are supposedly subcontracted by AT&T to complete repair work where AT&T had to dig up concrete. My sidewalk was torn up over 2 months ago and I can't get anyone to call me back or come repair the damages they caused. I've spoken with multiple people, provided my name and address several times, and even had to text photos but I still can't get anything done. I called the city of Jacksonville today to lodge a complaint. The next step is getting an attorney involved.
