We live in Rural SW Virginia a small town Fancy Gap. We just want to thank the Danella power restoration crews that came here in awful weather to restore our power. They were awesome. Bless them all. Michael and Linda Capers.
Danella was sent out to our region for power restoration after the big ice storm 2/12/25. All I can say is these guys rock, they are flat out getting the job done in Southwest Virginia!
They've been doing work on our block off and on for months. They were working outside our house today. We noticed throughout the late afternoon and early evening that our water wasn't getting hot and our pilot light had gone out. We called the gas company. Turns out, Danella labeled our gas line as abandoned so the gas company shut our gas off! We now have no heat or hot water!! And we have to wait for the gas company to come out, dig up the street and reactivate our gas line!! They did the same thing to our neighbor across ... read more
HIGHLY disrespectful company. they have been drilling our sidewalk all week before 7 am. not the workers fault, but i tried to file a formal complaint on behalf of myself and neighbors who both have babies. it always goes to voicemail because im sure the owners are still sleeping. multiple neighbors have been coming out upset due to the extreme disregard and disruption to sleep from 6:45 until 8 am. This is so unacceptable and even more irritating that obviously there is no one to get a hold of at this EARLY hour.
