Danella came and did construction on my block on Friday. They knocked out internet offline, and said they didn’t. Even though the internet went out as soon as they started working on the lines. Leading to missing work. Xfinity came today and got it back online. Xfinity said whoever was doing work disconnected us from outside. Danella, I would give you negative stats if I could. Nobody from your customer service answered when I tried to get in contact.
They do an absolutely terrible job patching the holes they dig in the streets. A group of toddlers would do a better job.
Workers currently doing Dermond Ave near Myrtlewood are so rude & ignorant. Have them on camera just talking shit for no reason. The summer guys weren't a problem at all. This new batch needs some better training.
