I have been waiting 5 hours and nobody had arrived ? I contacted someone after phoning numerous times and they informed me they would contact me but no contact. Wasted my entire day waiting for them hugely unprofessional.They then finally got back to me and asked that I let them come between 8 and 10 in the morning and did not show up!? Terrible customer service would give a negative star review if there was an option.

We would like to thank Danebury Gas Care & Plumbing for saving our old home from being flooded out.. This is by far the best company I have worked with.. We have lived in this house for 4 years and were unable to resolve our unique water problem.. Your suggestions on how to fix our problem from the inside, your professional staff and your personal attention to our old house problems was appreciated.. Now that the project is complete, we can now sleep at night and not worry about excessive flooding every time it rains..
