If I could give zero stars I would! Mouthpiece for the insurance companies they contract with to review appealed claims.
Wow! I can't believe this company exists after all the poor experiences and the terrible service they provide. Record all phone calls and document everything. Blue Cross of Texas used them for us and decided to deny my daughters current medication for her disease. Kadeshia and Chacelle claimed to have reached out to our provider to facilitate a Peer to Peer review with an Unknown MD that knows nothing about my child's medical history or diagnosis. All I can say is make sure you voice record your visits. A doctor has determined that my child who was in an automobile accident at the age of just 12 has no issues and fully healed. Meanwhile, she is still seeing OT, PT, Speech, Psychology, Neurology and the Children's concussion visit. Yet, nothing is wrong? It's a shame that they treat patients this way. We however were prepared for the outcome so we unfortunately are not surprised at how poorly the exam was and more so how Progressive has treated the claims. We have a gr... read more
