I had difficulty getting clear and timely answers regarding my security deposit case and had to follow up multiple times for basic information about the status of the matter. A great law office run by amazing people. They always take care of their clients.
Terrible communication. They assisted with house closing and when a typo was discovered in the deed paperwork they never responded to any communication. I found out later that upon reaching out to them they did indeed fix it, but never responded to multiple communication about the issue. Additionally, although the cost of the inspection was added to closing costs and collected, they never paid the inspection company which resulted in my credit card being charged $500 unexpectedly 5 months after closing.
