Disappointing communication skills from Dane. My email got an automated response and did not address my request for the possibility of an early inspection. My phone call was not responded to and as a result I travelled from Newcastle to Port Stevens to inspect an open house which, on arrival, was told that a deposit & exchange had already taken place. Long way to drive unnecessarily. A courteous response was all it would have taken to give an honest answer instead of the silent treatment.
