Cannot say enough good things about this place and the friendly staff here. Lost my pup in January and everyone checks in on me and even before passing would always say hi to us while walking. Great place to live and everyone here is next level kind.
I feel compelled to share my experience with Dane Park Apartments to caution prospective tenants. Unfortunately, the management and overall operations have been consistently disappointing. There is a noticeable lack of stability within the office staff, as employees are frequently replaced, making communication difficult and concerns hard to resolve. I LOVE this apartment community. My unit is renovated and is gorgeous. I was sold when I toured it and realized that it has LVT flooring throughout the entire unit. Usually the bedroom is carpet, and I hate carpet! The grey wall color with wide, white crown molding throughout gives a very high end finish. This is the cutest complex. Dropped by as a walk-in to tour a couple of units. First of all, both of the ladies in the office were amazingly friendly and helpful. Shakeiya took us on the tour. She was honest, very knowledgeable and made it fun too. We came here from the Grapevine location and will definitely be choosing this location. It feels more like a community and it has ATTACHED GARAGES!!!!! If you're looking for a pet friendly apartment come here!
I cannot recommend this property based on my experience. Customer service and communication from leasing/management have been extremely poor, and maintenance requests are often marked “completed” when the issues are still unresolved. There appear to be ongoing mold and roach problems that may not be obvious at first but become noticeable after moving in.
