The 5 star views are fake. This property has nerve charging 1700-3000$ rent when everything is outdated and disgusting. I pay an atrocious amount of money for my electric bill because they only accept garland power and light. In the spring /summer be prepared to pay 300$+ a month, and have insects swarm your apartment. And our internet that we are forced to have , Spectrum, has long outages at-least twice a month. Cannot say enough good things about this place and the friendly staff here. Lost my pup in January and everyone checks in on me and even before passing would always say hi to us while walking. Great place to live and everyone here is next level kind.
I feel compelled to share my experience with Dane Park Apartments to caution prospective tenants. Unfortunately, the management and overall operations have been consistently disappointing. There is a noticeable lack of stability within the office staff, as employees are frequently replaced, making communication difficult and concerns hard to resolve. I LOVE this apartment community. My unit is renovated and is gorgeous. I was sold when I toured it and realized that it has LVT flooring throughout the entire unit. Usually the bedroom is carpet, and I hate carpet! The grey wall color with wide, white crown molding throughout gives a very high end finish. All of the ladies that I interacted with in the office were lovely. Specifically, Shakeiya. She is so kind, knowledgeable, funny and made the entire move in experience a breeze.
