DO NOT MOVE HERE. The gates are broken 90% of the time; the turf they installed stinks because there's no proper way to maintain it; they don't follow up with the dog poo issues you pay $250 to DNA test for; management is absolutely terrible and since I've been here they've had at least three, maybe four different people and every time you go in the office there are new people. Dogs are constantly barking. Residents leave their dogs outside all day and nights. they are constantly barking. Each apartment is allowed up to three dogs. Property management doesn't care. if they were serious they would take proactive steps to stop this nuisance. 1. Do Regular Property Walks Walk around during different times of day (especially common barking hours—morning and early evening). 2.
