I started going to Dane Dental at the beginning of this year and could not be happier with my care. All of the staff are very warm, friendly, and understanding. The office is also extremely clean and welcoming. I am always greeted with a warm and cheery welcome by Jessica who makes checking in, scheduling, and insurance questions a breeze. Highly recommend Dane Dental! I was nervous going into the appointment because of a significant lapse in my dental care, but the staff was warm and welcoming from the get go and never made me feel bad about the time since my last cleaning. Courtney, my hygienist, was friendly and professional and did a phenomenal job with my cleaning. It feels like I have a whole new set of teeth after and couldn’t be more grateful. Dr. Jaime and Sarah were amazing. It was a very trying procedure and they were very much on the ball of getting it done and making sure I was OK all along the way. It was a great experience and they were very good at communicating what was happening and what care needed to happen afterwards thank you so much.
The staff are amazing! I can’t wait to transition the rest of my family over!
I wanted to love Dane Dental, but unfortunately they are more driven by money than patient care. If you need any work done, be sure to call your insurance yourself, because they won’t pre-authorize procedures for you. If they mess up, the blame will be passed around and not taken seriously. It’s a bummer, really, but just be careful or you’ll get stuck with a big bill and a new dentist at the end of the day.
