The hygienists/dentists were great, but I would recommend that you micro manage your treatment plan and ask for a pre-authorization (they won’t do it automatically, even for major restorative services) before ANY work is done. Also, be sure to call your dental insurance provider YOURSELF before scheduling anything so you don’t get surprised the day of said service with a bill double the amount you were expecting to pay. I could not recommend Dane Dental enough! The whole team is very friendly, kind and professional. I was a bit nervous as I needed some dental restoration, and Dr Kim’s gentle approach and attention to detail were very reassuring. Her calming presence is great for a very anxious person like me! Kudos to Jess and Cherie, who always make me feel welcome and at ease. The whole team truly cares for their customers. I’m so happy I found them! Highly recommended
They say they will work with you with your account but then turn it into collections. The doctors are wonderful but their billing system is crewed up! They sent my bill of $50 dollars into collections!!
My experience at Dane Dental was lovely. Everyone in the office was bright and friendly, and my hygienist Stephanie was delightful and efficient! A perfect combination. Dr. Purath continues to be the best dentist I've ever seen. Thank you all for nice afternoon at the dentist!
After my dentist retired I went through 4 Dentists who fell short in one way or another. Before finally finding the dentist who retired I didn't have great luck either. So, when I gave Dane Dental a go at my husband's suggestion I was skeptical. However, being super judgey, I fell in love with Jamie the Hygenist and then I fell in love with Dr. Jamie.
